1. Who we are
This website is operated as a sole proprietorship under the trade name Northvara Marketing (“we,” “us”). We do not claim to be an LLC or other formed entity on this site.
Privacy and support requests: use the contact form and choose Privacy request or Inbound / business interest as appropriate. There is no separate privacy@ or support@ mailbox on this launch surface.
2. Scope
This Notice applies to personal information collected through this public website and the lead / contact form. It does not authorize email/SMS/DM acknowledgments, marketing sends beyond an optional email opt-in you expressly choose, checkout, contracts, ads, or cold outreach.

We do not collect government IDs, payment card PAN/CVV, passwords, health data, or children’s data. Services are for businesses.
We do not use analytics pixels, advertising cookies, SMS tools, or a marketing ESP on this launch surface.
4. Purposes
- Operate the public site and receive genuine inbound interest or privacy requests
- Store submissions in the brand first-party lead store with access controls
- Security, fraud/spam prevention, and audit logging
- Honor privacy requests submitted through the contact form
Not purposes on this launch surface: cold outreach, selling leads, SMS marketing, or automated email/SMS/DM acknowledgment of a form submit.
5. Consent
- Email marketing = explicit opt-in (unchecked by default; separate from submit).
- SMS marketing = not offered. Phone ≠ SMS consent.
- Website visit alone ≠ marketing consent.
- Required acknowledgments (Privacy/Terms; no guaranteed results) are notices, not marketing consent.
6. Sharing / processors
We use processors only as needed to host this site and receive form submissions. On this launch surface that includes Cloudflare (Pages hosting and the first-party form function on the same project). We may share information with professional advisors or authorities when required by law.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not route customer/prospect messages to an owner personal inbox as the public contact channel.
7. Retention
We keep lead/contact and privacy-request records only as long as needed for inbound handling, security, and legal obligations or holds. We do not use an indefinite default. We do not publish a fixed number of days on this Notice.
8. Your choices / requests
Access, correction, deletion, and related requests: submit via the contact form with request type Privacy request. We may need to verify identity or authority. Requests under a legal hold may be deferred with an explanation.
9. Security
We use HTTPS for this site and the form endpoint, access controls for stored leads, and basic input defenses. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
10. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13.
11. Changes
Material changes will appear on this page with an updated version label.
